Shipping Information
In order for us to guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Saturday.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.
We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS
If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with USPS/UPS. GlamHouse of Fashion is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier.
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items and refund you for the item(s) not available.
Due to Covid-19 and GlamHouse of Fashion LLC ensuring we process packages as quickly and safely as possible, there may be a slight delay with shipping.
Pre-order Items
Any item marked Pre-order in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description.
Delayed Shipping
Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier. GlamHouse is not responsible for delayed packages.
Reserved Shipping Rights
GlamHouse reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on www.glamhouseoffashion.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
