Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise, please send it back to our distribution center within 7 days of delivery date  and within 7 days of delivery date for a store credit. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at glamhouseoffashion@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 ABANDONED RETURNS

If an item is returned after 7 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

QUADPAY RETURNS

Orders placed using ZIP are only eligible for a store credit. ZIP will continue to debit the funds from your account until your ZIP balance is paid in full. 

 RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Glam House of Fashion reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on www.glamhouseoffashion.com at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
  • Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

 Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Personalized orders
  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Handbags 
  • Jewelry 
  • Belts
  • Sunglasses
  • Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
  • Items sent back after 7 days of purchase 
  • Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
  • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
